For wholesale customer’s:

Paws&Pride will pre-authorize any return due to product defect or shipping errors. All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number.  Return requests must be made within 2 weeks of shipment. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Please email your return request to art@pawsandpride.store and we will email a return confirmation with instructions.

For general customers:

Paws&Pride will accept returns within 10 days of the date of delivery. Merchandise must be unused and in resalable condition.  We fully guarantee our products against defects in material and workmanship.
