Shipping Policy
RETAIL CUSTOMER SHIPPING POLICY:
All orders are processed within 1 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
* There may be potential delays during holidays (especially Thanksgiving thru Christmas) due to higher volume of orders or on Federal Holidays where the Postal Service is closed.
Orders will be shipped USPS First Class Postage or UPS Ground, unless other wise specified.
Allow 2 to 7 business days for delivery. Paws&Pride is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier.
